CAPABILITIES
PROBLEM SOLVING
Mayasa can put their expert team to use on your component problems. Reducing the part count, standardizing materials, or even sourcing a better component are just some of the ways that Mayasa can help your business.
ENGINEERING
Our CAD programs of choice are AutoCAD and Solid-works, although our equipment can communicate with many different CAD platforms. Mayasa also offers product testing to validate design objectives.
FABRICATION
For fabricating, we use digital welding equipment as well as CNC cutting and bending of parts. All equipment is located in house so Mayasa can deliver a finished product from the design stage to manufacturing.
MACHINING
We cover all aspects of machining, including sheet cutting, milling, and turning. We exclusively use CNC equipment controlled 100% by CAM software. Our equipment is ideal for production runs of parts.
Milling capacity – 120 inch (3050 mm) x 24 inch (610 mm) x 6-inch (150-mm) thickness of material. We can cut plastics, wood, foam, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and bronze.
Turning capacity – from 0- to 3-inch (75-mm) diameter we can turn up to 60 inches (1525 mm) long; from 3-inch (75-mm) to 16-inch (400-mm) diameter we can turn up to 42 inches (1050 mm) long.
PROFILE CUTTING
CNC router sheet cutting capacity – 146 inch (3700 mm) x 62 inch (1575 mm) x 6-inch (150-mm) thickness of material. We can cut plastics, wood, foam, flooring material, and aluminum.
CNC LASER mild steel sheet cutting capacity – 120 inch (3048 mm) x 60 inch (1524 mm) x 1-inch (25.4-mm) thickness of material.
CNC LASER stainless steel sheet cutting capacity – 120 inch (3048 mm) x 60 inch (1524 mm) x 1-inch (25.4-mm) thickness of material.
LASER MARKING TECHNOLOGY
With our laser marking technology, we are expanding our spectrum with a further important module.
Whether it be components in visible areas displaying important product labels or for traceability purposes using the serial number and QR code - with the marking technology we are offering you the possibility to individually mark your products.
Laser marking is a collective term for various application processes. These are dependent on the materials to be used and the quality requirements involved. It can generally be differentiated between anneal marking, graving and ablation. Depending on where what needs to be done and the requirements involved, it can be chosen from the individual processes.
You can also save on the printing costs and you do not have to create a printing stencil because we are able to create a direct marking file from delivered DXF or DWG files, JPEG or TIFF images. This also means that changes can be implemented at short-notice at anytime.
The laser marking technology makes it possible to produce efficient and high-quality marking results without having to treat the work piece in any way either prior to or subsequent to the marking being applied. The high quality of the laser marking guarantees a good and, in particular, long-term legibility even in the case of the smallest and most minute marking.
JOINT TECHNOLOGY I COMPONENT PRODUCTION
When we nowadays talk about 'modern sheet-metal processing', this does not stop with cutting-to-size of tailored blanks.
The goal of producing a finished product for our customers has top priority for Mayasa. This requires a significant depth with respect to our production capacities, something which is subject to continuous further development. We at Mayasa did not first demonstrate that we can produce the highest-quality welded components in accordance with our customers' wishes when we received the certification DIN EN ISO 3834-2.
The project phase of the construction begins with the development taking into consideration the aspect of economical production. In close collaboration with the customer, we are able to develop trend-setting savings together. The range of production possibilities at our disposal means that there is a variety of production avenues open to us. Whether it be welded components for railway vehicles in accordance with DIN 15085 or for housings for industrial computers in the food industry, we will always find the best solution in order to produce your components most economically.
